Let's learn to love the food we would normally waste! For 6 weeks, we will focus on buying less, preserving what we have, and using more of what we buy. Save your wallet and the planet. This week (2), we’re tackling food waste at the source by shopping more intentionally to reduce overbuying and waste at home.

Challenge Week 2: Shop Sharp, Eat Smart 🛒

Did you know that most food waste starts before you even get to the kitchen? Overbuying and "aspirational" shopping are the biggest culprits.

This week, we’re ditching the stress of "perfect" planning and focusing on realistic wins. Small shifts in how you shop can lead to a massive drop in what you toss.

This week, we focus on improving what happens before food enters the fridge. For example:

  1. Look through your fridge and pantry before shopping 🥫

  2. Plan simple, realistic meals 🍲

  3. Shop with intention and avoid overbuying 🥕

Small changes at the store can make a big difference at home.
